Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work the same way. They help sites work, remember your choices, and understand how they are used. This policy explains how AgenticMVP uses them and how you stay in control.
Your consent
We ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies. Until you accept, only strictly necessary cookies are used and analytics/marketing tools stay disabled (Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode with storage denied). You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category — and change your mind at any time.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Always activeRequired for the website to function — security, load balancing, and remembering the cookie choice you make here. These are set on the basis of our legitimate interest and cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Consent requiredLet us measure traffic and understand how the site is used (via Google Analytics 4) so we can improve it. These are only set after you consent, and are configured with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode v2.
Marketing
Consent requiredUsed to measure advertising campaigns and show more relevant offers. Set only with your consent. If you do not consent, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Preferences
Consent requiredRemember choices you make (such as region or display preferences) to personalise your experience. Set only with your consent.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics 4 (analytics, only after consent) and Cal.com for scheduling calls. These providers may set their own cookies when you use those features; please refer to their respective privacy and cookie notices for details.
Managing cookies in your browser
Beyond the controls on this site, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works. Most browsers also support a global privacy control (GPC) signal, which we honour where required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Brazil's LGPD — including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. California residents can exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by rejecting the Marketing category above. To make a request, contact us at hello@agenticmvp.dev.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we make material changes, we will ask for your consent again. See also our Privacy Policy.
