What we do

AgenticMVP is an AI product studio — an agent lab. We audit a business end to end, rank the gaps by cost, effort, and risk, and then build the agentic systems that close them. The order matters: the audit comes first, the findings are delivered in writing, and we build only what the evidence justifies.

That means we will tell you which parts of your business should not be automated. An honest call on what to leave alone is part of the deliverable, not a caveat to it.

How an engagement runs

Six stages, run as a loop rather than a fixed menu. Every engagement starts at the audit, and the last stage feeds back into the first.

  1. AI Audit — workflow and handoff map, hour and margin accounting, ranked gaps.
  2. Agentic Workflows — multi-step orchestration, private retrieval, human checkpoints, retries, and explicit escalation paths.
  3. Custom SaaS — accounts, permissions, billing, infrastructure, admin, and reporting around the agents.
  4. Evals & Guardrails — task-level evals, regressions on real cases, guardrails enforced in code rather than in a prompt, and drift monitoring.
  5. Memory & Skill Libraries — persistent memory, reusable skills, private retrieval, role-scoped access.
  6. Continuous Optimisation — ongoing eval review, policy tuning, cost optimisation, and periodic re-audit.

Public prices are not published. Scope and commercial terms follow the written findings, not the other way round.
